Customer Service

We always enjoy hearing from you. We care about the trees and are committed to helping you whether choosing the best tree for your situation or diagnosis and treatment of problems.

We answer each call personally; we don't have a machine to put you on hold. If you get our answering service during these hours, we are on the line assisting another customer and will call you back promptly. If there is a specific time you would like us to return the call, please let us know. We never share phone numbers.

Visiting the Nursery

We are primarily a mail order nursery in a small rural town. Visitors are welcome by appointment. If you would like to visit the nursery, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We will send you directions and set aside the time to show you the trees.
