Extremely fine threadlike linearlobum leaves emerge in spring pale green with a red tip changing to green in summer and gold and orange in the fall. An ethereal beauty developed by Talon Buchholz, I believe this tree may be identical to Koto Ito Komachi, although stronger and more stable. Very slow growing, perhaps no more than a couple of inches in a year with internodes stacked on top of one another. The most rare and unusual of all the new introductions.
