Named 'Red Ruffles'the heavily serrated lobes of these small leaves certainly have the feel of a flashy red ruffled dress. Bright red first emergence is followed by softer red with a pronounced green vein in summer and brilliant red fall. A lovely small upright tree an excellent selection for bonsai or container. Good heat tolerance.
