Elegant pleated leaves with 5 to 7 semi attached lobes similar to the A.s. Aureum. The leaves emerge pink and quickly change to lovely red purple with a chartruese vein and stem. A small tree reaching 10' with wide open stucture. Excellent cold tolerance.
